WFMT Live from Mayne Stage presents Brant Taylor and Kenneth Olsen

Chicago Symphony cellists Brant Taylor and Kenneth Olsen perform a dynamic duo-cello recital which features the music of Arcangelo Corelli, Jean-Baptiste Barriere and the Russian cellist and composer Tanya Anisimova. Kenneth Olsen joined the Chicago Symphony Orchestra as Assistant Principal Cello in 2005. His colleague Brant Taylor was appointed to the CSO in 1998, after playing in the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra. Both artisits are active as soloists and chamber musicians.

Mayne Stage is proud to present our new WFMT Classical Music Concert Series, right here in our theater, on Sundays at 11:00 am. The twenty Sunday morning concerts will begin September 19th, 2010, and carrying through to January 30th, 2011. The concerts will be broadcasted on 98.7 WFMT and simultaneously on wfmt.com.
